Greetings Fellow Birders and Photographers:
To view the images as a slideshow with music, hit the SLIDESHOW tab in the upper right.

I hope everyone is holding up well under these challenging and uncertain times. I just finished working on my June (I can't believe it's almost August) images and wanted to share them with you.
June was another month in which we had to cancel a trip. We usually spend 4-5 days along the beaches of Long Island NY for nesting shorebirds. Fran and I however found plenty to photograph in many of our local, county and state parks in PA and NJ-especially baby birds. Enjoy the images, let me know what you think and see you on the trails. Guestbook for JUNE 2020 WILDLIFE
sharon furlong(non-registered)
I came back earlier today from viewing the swallow-tailed kite up at the Quarry and of course, it was not enough birding. Carol Fitzpatrick and i were going to go birding in lower bucks at Neshaminy but the heat and humidity that was evident at 5 am, and even earlier actually, warned us off. so when i came back from the stakeout area, and after i did my chores, my brain screamed "more birds!" and then i remembered i had saved your slideshow for just such a moment! How utterly delightful. I feel more like i got my birding in today despite the oppressive heat. thank you Harris.....you made my day (well, second to seeing one of the most beautiful sights of a bird soaring up in the sky without traveling to even steamier places!)
